Mission Statement

At Inservus Management Systems our mission is to be the leading care and maintenance centre for fire fighter personal protective equipment in the country. Our objective is to provide excellence in customer service and safe protective clothing to fire fighters by offering a full line of care and maintenance services consistent with customer needs. Our goals are to continually develop technologies and ideas that will meet the changing needs of the fire service, and ensure organizational success in the industry. As a resource centre and member of the fire service family we commit to being skilled, knowledgeable, and current with the latest technologies in protective equipment. We take pride in knowing that we keep fire fighters safe and contribute to helping those in need when the fire service performs in the line of duty.
